Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept the order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We can’t cancel the order if the product has been shipped out. For order cancellation, please email us via support@gleetoy.com and clearly state your order number in the subject line of the email.

 

Returns (If Applicable)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, which is only applied to defective products. We do not accept returns or refunds request for good-condition products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will process your return request within 48 business hours.

Once there is a product issue, please take video or photo for us to check out more details, so that we can process your request of returns.

Once the package is lost or you never received the package when it's shown delivered status, please contact us for help.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection as your refund request. We will process your refund request within 48 business hours. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal within 15 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank and credit card company, please allow them to take some times to process. If you’ve done all of this steps and still not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
